TERMS OF SERVICE – Rahat Store

1. General

By placing an order on rahatstore.online ("Rahat Store", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

2. Products

We sell women's apparel and everyday essentials. Product photos are for illustration; actual colors and appearance may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

3. Pricing

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices and promotions may change without prior notice. The price confirmed at checkout is final.

4. Orders and Payment

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Please provide your correct name, complete address, and active phone number. Please keep your phone reachable so our courier can confirm delivery. Orders that cannot be confirmed or delivered may be cancelled.

5. Delivery

Delivery charges apply and are paid by the customer. Estimated delivery time is 2–4 working days across Pakistan. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Exchange and Returns

We offer a 7-day easy exchange for unused items in their original condition with tags/packaging intact. To request an exchange, contact us on WhatsApp with your order details. Sale or discounted items may be final sale.

7. Privacy

Your personal information (name, address, phone number) is used only to process and deliver your order. We do not sell your information to third parties.
